Yoco (Credit & Debit Cards): We use Yoco, South Africa’s trusted payment gateway, to securely process all online Visa and Mastercard transactions.
EFT / Bank Transfer: Instant EFT options are available at checkout.
Our return policy depends on the type of product you have purchased:
Standard Stock Items: If you are not entirely satisfied with a standard stock item (e.g., a silver chain or watch), you may return it within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Custom “Make-Ups” & Modified Items: Please note that jewellery made to your specific requirements (custom designs), or items that have been resized or engraved, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defects: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, items may be returned within 6 months for inspection and repair/replacement in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Cost: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the value of the parcel.
Click & Collect: You can choose to collect your order free of charge from our store at Shop W19, River Square Shopping Centre, Three Rivers. Please wait for a confirmation email stating your order is ready before visiting.
Fine jewellery is delicate and requires proper care to keep it looking its best. Here are a few tips to protect your investment:
1. The “Last On, First Off” Rule Always put your jewellery on after you have applied perfume, hairspray, and lotions. Chemicals in cosmetics can discolor gold and damage porous gems like pearls. Take your jewellery off first when you get home.
2. Avoid Heavy Lifting & Gym Gold and silver are soft metals. We recommend removing rings and bracelets before lifting weights at the gym, gardening, or doing heavy household chores to prevent the metal from bending or claws from snapping.
3. Cleaning Your Jewellery
Diamonds & Gold: Soak in warm water with a mild dish soap. Use a very soft toothbrush to gently clean behind the stone where dirt collects. Rinse and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Watches: Wipe the case with a soft cloth. Do not submerge your watch in water unless you are certain of its water-resistance rating.
Silver: Use a specialized silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish.
4. Storage Store your pieces separately in a soft pouch or a lined jewellery box. Diamonds are the hardest substance on earth and can easily scratch your other gold or silver pieces if they rub together.
